I finished writing about my MuTu System just under a year ago. As I mentioned, I have done loads and loads of different diets and the thing tha people tend to find is that once they stop, the weight piles back on again.  I am writing this to update you on my progress after a year, and to let you know that MuTu system is so much more than just another diet, it is a whole lifestyle change.

Earlier this year, MuTu redesigned it’s programme, and let me have a copy of the new exercises, so that I could compare.  The old system was great and the new one is even better, with easier to follow exercises that are done to a 15 munite interval timer (15 minutes a day! You REALLY cant get easier than that!).  I worked through the new programme and loved every bit of it, particularly “the lady’s on fire” workout which is an excellent body strengthener and bottom buster.  I continued to rotate the three sets of exercises once I had finished and aimed to do at least something, most days.  As well as this, and using a bike and running after my son, I have noticed my body strength and fitness increase to such a level that I even managed to do level 2 of the 30 day shred. The advantage of the exercises are that you can keep pushing yourself a bit harder, and still keep on getting something from the workouts.  For example, I can do one or two full press-ups (sort of!) and you can always mountain climb a bit faster and harder.

As one of the MuTu Mamas pointed out, MuTu costs less than a pair of trainers, and, one year on I am still using the exercises, still getting stronger, and still receiving inspiration and support from Wendy.   A couple of days ago, she released a monthly membership scheme for us, where for £7 a month we receive a brand new workout every month, along with the ongoing help and support that she so generously gives.

MuTu also ships DVDs worldwide and lets you have ‘just the tummy stuff’ as well as selling exercise equipment too.

I’m  MuTu Mama for life *hooray*
